Wherever possible, CrestAMC websites and applications will adhere to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These standards outline four guiding principles for web content:
Many of the documents on the CrestAMC websites and applications are in HTML or ASCII (plain text) formats. These formats are generally accessible to people who use screen readers. We also have a large number of documents in Adobe Acrobat® Portable Document Format (PDF).
PDF format is used to preserve the content and layout of our hard copy publications. Publications

website. The downloadable Acrobat Reader software is available at NO CHARGE from Adobe.

People using screen-reading devices are generally unable to read documents directly in PDF
format, unless they have an accessibility plug-in installed on their system along with the Adobe
Acrobat Reader. This plug-in is available at NO CHARGE from Adobe, which also has online tools
that will convert PDF files to HTML on request. To get the plug-in and latest news about Adobe's

I am writing to give my absolute gratitude to the appraisal team at Crest. Being in the appraisal business for nearly twenty years working with a wide variety of AMCs, direct lenders, etc. I can testify with full confidence that no one does it better than the appraisal team at Crest. All personal are easy to reach, quick to respond to messages, and are knowledgeable which sadly is not the case with most AMCs or direct lenders that operate their own appraisal desk. Most other AMCs or direct lender appraisal desks are difficult to reach via phone, do not respond quickly to emails or messages placed in the system and do not have a full grasp of the appraisal & lending industry. The folks on Crest's team have a clear understanding of what appraisers need and want in order to help them get an appraisal delivered quickly and understand when challenges arise they are well versed in know how to navigate the issue at hand. Most of the people I deal with at Crest have been in the appraisal industry for many years, or have worked for other companies providing the same service. They are well versed, experienced and very friendly and supportive. Another tremendous benefit of the Crest AMC Team is having a state certified appraiser on staff. Cheryl is a tremendous resource when challenges arise. For an appraiser to be able to speak with another peer appraiser regarding any challenges in the appraisal process is invaluable. I just wish more companies ran their AMC or appraisal department like Crest does. It is a real pleasure to have the opportunity to work with them.
Crest appraisal is my most preferred client. Crest treats it approved appraisers with respect, does not pressure for unreasonable turn times and pays actual customary & reasonable fees. The best part is that Crest has a certified residential appraiser on staff that handles the appraisal and valuation questions from the origination and underwriting people, as well as intercepting & taking care of the revision requests and/or appraisal questions that the other appraisal management companies simply forward on to the appraiser. Furthermore, the staff appraiser is available for peer counsel and always eager to help. Also, when Crest sends an appraisal request, the needed information to start an assignment is all there. For these reasons, I am always grateful when I get an order from Crest appraisal management.
I have been an appraiser for almost 20 years now and have worked with the staff at Crest for many of those years. Crest has been my #1 for many reasons. Trust has been there from the beginning, Crest's staff has trusted my work from staff appraisers, office staff and their lender underwriters. I have trusted Crest always to ask for a quality report without pressure for value or unreasonable revisions. I have always written appraisal reports that I can defend and Crest has always appreciated my quality reports. They understand when I need to adjust fees for complex issues and understand conditions which need to be addressed when required. Also communication between the appraisal staff at Crest and myself has always been good. They provide me the required data and information I require to produce a credible report and results. Crest's Staff Appraiser (Cheryl Enders) is the best staff appraiser I have ever dealt with from many clients over the years. The entire staff at Crest are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have the ethics to help me provide the best quality results without violating my professional ethics. I have dealt with many different Banks, Mortgage Companies, AMCs over the 20 years I have been in business a few have been close to the same quality but never as good as Crest.
